    Trend Compare is an online marketplace for clothing, accessories, beauty and fragrance. Different sellers list their products here, and you can buy from several sellers in one checkout. The seller is named on each product page.
    The seller packs and dispatches your items. If you buy from more than one seller, each seller sends their part of the order separately. Your parcels may arrive on different days.
    We currently offer standard delivery within Australia. Enter your delivery address at checkout to check the available delivery options for your order.
    Delivery depends on your address and the items in each shipment. You'll see the delivery charge before you pay. Orders from different sellers have separate shipments, so buying from several sellers can mean more than one delivery charge.
    A $5 transaction fee applies once to your whole checkout, even when you buy from more than one seller. Product prices and the transaction fee include GST. Delivery is charged separately and shown before payment.
    Sizes can vary between brands. Check the product description and any measurements supplied by the seller. If the listing doesn't have the detail you need, ask the seller or contact Trend Compare before ordering.
    Use Track Order on the site and enter the details requested. If your order includes items from several sellers, check each seller's order separately. Contact us with your order number if you need help finding a delivery update.
    Contact Trend Compare as soon as possible with your order number and the change you need. Whether a change or cancellation is possible depends on the order's progress. Please wait for confirmation before assuming your order has been changed or cancelled.
    Use Contact Us to send your order number, the item name and a description of the issue. Contact us before sending an item back so the return address and next steps can be confirmed for the seller involved.
